Swimming


  • 22.8.12:- Ku. Tina Kshirsagar of X C participated in the swimming competition held at NIT swimming tank. Following are her achievements.

      200 m – Individual medley – II position.
      400 m – free style – II position.
      200 m – breast stroke – II position.
  • Mas. Atharv Vyas of IX E participated in 1m spring diving competition in which he bagged the I position. Both qualified for Divisional level tournament to be held at Chandrapur.
  • 12.10.12:  DSO-Nagpur organized Divisional level (U-17) boys Diving Competition, in which Mas.Atharv Vyas of IX-E stood 1st in 1 M spring Diving.
  • 27th – 29th Aug. 10 : : DSO Inter-school Swimming Competition was held in which our school students bagged the following positions

    1. Ku. Tina Kshirsagar II position 200 IM
    III position 200 Breast stroke,
    200 Free style
    2. Mas. Shivam Itankar I position 1500 Free Style
    II position 400 IM
    III position 200 Breast stroke ,
    and 50 Breast stroke
  • He is also selected in Water Polo Team for Nagpur Division and All qualified for Divisional Level Tournament to be held at Chandrapur from 23rd Sept. 10.
  • DSO Chandrapur had organsied Division Level Swimming Competition on 18th and 19th October 2010 at Jyotiba College of Physical Education, Hingna. Our school swimmers participated in the same and bagged many prizes.
  • Ku. Tina Kshirsagar of class VIII bagged the First prize in 100 m freestyle swimming competition organized by DSO.
