South Indian Education Society established in the year 1894 is one of the very few societies in the city which is in the field of school education over 12 decades.

Saraswati Vidyalaya, run by dedicated members of South Indian Education Society is located at Shankar Nagar and continue to cater to the needs of thousands of students in school education from the age group of three years to eighteen years. 

“SANJEEVANI” is another unit of South Indian Education Society to provide service to school kids.

WHY SANJEEVANI

To evaluate a child, the classroom performance is often used as measuring jar. Underperforming students are often neglected by the teachers and peer group. Usually, teachers are unable to handle special students due to lack of knowledge of special education and training. 

Sanjeevani is started to educate the students with learning difficulties and disabilities in all possible ways and to train the teachers.
