Patriotism & Colours
The tricolours of the indian national flag was lived by children when they all brought fruits with colours resembling the colours in the indian flag. then these children were taught to assemble the fruits in accordance with the scheme of the tricolour. Thus they learnt the arrangement of colours in our flag and also learnt the significance and importance ot adding colours to our life. Fruit salad was then relished by children.

Saraswati Vidyalaya Pre Primary school holds Parent's orientation 12th july 2025
A parent's orientation session on "Behavioural and nutritional needs of children in Early Childhood' was held at Saraswati Vidyalaya Pre Primary School . The orientation was conducted by Dr. Niranjani, consultant and Head of Emergency Department, Max Health care on 12 th July, 2025. She emphasized on the need for healthy gut for happy life.She also spoke about nurturing self reliance and positivity in children. Dr. Niranjani explained the various development aspects through simple day to day activities. Parents eagerly participated in the interactive session. Smt Neha Pullarwar conducted the programme and Smt. Hema Naidu gave the vote of thanks
Faculty development workshop program on how to develop english communication 27th June, 2025
Yoshita Jeswani, the resource person from Karadi path conducted a 4 hrs workshop on how to develop english communication in children through focus, action, story and activity on 27th June, 2025. She demonstrated the different methods that can be used in the classroom. She emphasized on teacher’s active role in arousing the sensory awareness through activities. The resource person also talked about how karadi path’s special pedagogy involves visual, auditory, reading writing and kisnesthetic learners. During her workshop, she also talked about, discovery and immersive learning methods.
All the teachers actively participated in the workshop and learnt the art of enhancing language learning in toddlers.
The first Faculty Development program held in Pre-Primary Department on the eve of International Yoga Day , 21st June, 2025.
Renowned Yoga therapist, Smt. Radhika Wazalwar, graced the occasion as resource person. She conducted the workshop beginning with mindful living, healthy eating, detoxification and positiveness. Both the theoretical and practical aspects of yoga were focussed on. She also emphasized on the benefits of sounds in healing.
Various asanas and procedures of pranayama were demonstrated by her. She highlighted the importance of yoga at work place and demonstrated some asanas to be performed for muscle and mind relaxation.
The session was enriching and provided a comprehensive introduction to the practice of yoga.
